About Me
Hello
I am Kelli.
I was born and raised in Missouri as an only child and grew up in the country. This time in my life allowed my imagination to flourish and I was able to nurture a creative atmosphere. I spent time taking photos of wildlife, our horses, flowers, the landscape or anything that caught my eye with it’s beauty.
I spent 16 years of my life in New York as a singer, song-writer and performer. I had my own band and performed at hundreds of weddings, events, and galas. I love working closely with brides and grooms in the planning process of a wedding to make the event magical. I value my client's experience, whether a wedding or family photoshoot; making it an event to remember and catching the candid moments not just posed shots. I was in front of the camera for many years, which has given me invaluable experience on guiding others in our sessions; giving gentle direction to create the images we desire to capture together.
In 2020 I moved to Eastern Idaho with my husband for a change of pace, scenery, and to reconnect with my roots and love of nature. During those years, I became an event coordinator and in-house photographer for a stunning venue space tucked in the mountains along the Snake River. This time lended an even more in-depth interaction with clients as I helped them curate a vision for their wedding day or event.
Currently my husband and I are living in Washington State, North of Seattle. I am enjoying the feeling of newness, as life changes and flows, and gives me new spaces to mold my creativity from a fresh perspective. My love for the natural world runs deep, and I have a passion for protecting the environment; and a reverence for the wildlife in which we share our planet. I hope that as each new chapter comes, I can continue to cultivate a platform where my photography, love for creativity, music and work in environmental protection converge and inspire others along the way.
